The Man Behind the Vision
  
Originally from Bergamo, Italy, Sylvano Carrara moved to Miami Beach from New York in 1993. Former owner the famed Sports Cafe, having previously owned and operated 2 other locations, Sylvano on Alton Road and Sylvano South located on Collins, Sylvano Carrara currently owns and operates Sylvano located on Liberty Ave in Miami Beach.
